We send testers to Black Hat, DEF CON, BSides, and other security conferences to learn from the people moving the field forward, and we cover penetration testing certifications and training whenever a tester wants to go deeper. Continuing education is not an afterthought here. Our testers are expected to stay at the forefront of their trade, and we put real budget behind making that possible.

Certifications are one way our testers prove their expertise, and we hold them in high regard. They are not the whole picture. Some of our sharpest testers carry few certifications by choice, and their track record against hard targets stands on its own. What matters most at Raxis is capability, what a tester can actually do once they are in front of your systems, and certifications are one strong sign of it. Instead of certifications, we invite you to look at our blog content for proof we know what we’re doing, particularly exploits, discovered vulnerabilities, and meet our team.
